Completely unprofessional. Was not clear with her rates (even when directly asked). She REFUSED to produce jpegs of all photos (even though it was no additional cost to her) unless I purchased the photos through a 3rd party website. She basically wanted another $500 for the pictures I ALREADY paid her to take. She assumed I read the fine print on her website, which is also very unclear, as opposed to finding her through another source. Mind you, I was very willing and did purchase photos from the 3rd party website (an additional $600 worth), but she still REFUSED to produce all the jpegs, only sending jpegs of the few purchased. But irrelevant to her unprofessionalism, she is not that talented. My husband and I were disappointed by her work. She spent less than 45 minutes taking pictures and we felt rushed.
