Being A Fit Mom

Hi my name is Melanie and I'm new to this site. I am a mom of two (my children are 17 years apart). Which is the reason I decided to become a fitness trainer. Having children later on in life can be very exhausting and demanding both physically and mentally. Especially if you have children with special needs. I want to share my services with you, but also my experience and concern. My personal experience is that motherhood is exciting, enjoyable and the most rewarding experience a woman can have. However, motherhood is very time consuming and most women have difficulty juggling taking care of the children and taking care of self. I found myself in this predictament. I was working full-time, commuting to NJ and trying to be a mom and wife. Working at a desk job I found myself becoming overweight, lathargic, overwhelmed, exhausted and not having any me time, which affected, at least I felt the quality of my parenting. I also became depressed. I decided I needed a more flexible work schedule and at 44 needed the energy as well to keep up with my 8 year old. And that's how Buff Mom(s) evolved. Buff Moms(s) provides personalized fitness programs for busy moms and women. Services are provided in the privacy of your home or office and all trainers are certified and insured. I can't tell you how much exercise increases your energy, improves your health, improves your attitude and outlook. Of course, not to mention improving your parenting. When you feel and look better it increases your happiness and in turn you produce happier children. I'm not saying exercise is the cure all to happiness. However, it really helps. I've listed my services under the services resource, however, I tried to locate it and couldn't. If you cannot locate me, please feel free to contact me at buffmoms@yahoo.com if you would like a free consultation.
