Weekend Playgroup

I am a working mom with a 16 mo old. I would love to find or form a playgroup that gathers together on either weekends or evenings (e.g. 5:00 pm). I live on the UES and can host sometimes, but I am also willing to travel across the Park to the UWS.

I have a 20 month old and while I'm a stay at home mom, I'm going to go back to work soon. Would love to meet people who are interested in forming a group after work hours or on weekends. Especially with kids of similar age.

Meet Other Children on Kiddie Cruise

Hi. I came across your message and thought you might be interested in our Kiddie Cruise by Affairs Afloat. Educational Playgroups now forming!!!

I am an Ivy League-Educated Developmental Psychology major who has a lot of experience with children in both academic and non-academic settings. I am starting to facilitate playgroups around Manhattan where the emphasis is on incorporating the current research in the field of Early Childhood Education into a fun and stimulating playgroup experience for both children and parents. Ages birth- 3 years old, groups will be formed by age. Please email if you are interested. I am available to come to your home and facilitate the group you have already gathered or to host a group at my home. I am a physician at Sinai and was a psychology major/ ivy league grad that is interested in your play group idea. I live on the upper west side and have a 16 month old boy and a girl due in May on the way. I work but I have some weekday availability.
