Want to start day-care alternative: looking for Russian-speaking toddler of 2.5-4 years to join my daughter.

We are looking for 2.5-4 years old Russian speaking toddler to join our daughter in Monday-Thursday day care group at our home. We discovered with our 2.5 years old daughter that being in the company with another kid is much more fun and educational than staying with a nanny one to one. For sometime we were looking for a babysitter when our nanny left the New York city. As an option, we dropped our daughter with her friends' nannies where she shared a company with one or two other kids. It's been incredible to note how her language and social skills had improved. What happened to be a temporary arrangement turned out to be our desire to implement on a day to day basis. We have a few options with nannies who would be capable in taking care of two kids. Nannies that we consider will be fostering child development through play, reading, art, songs, etc. Only Russian speaking toddlers will be considered.
