USE Your continued use of the BabyTalk email network or GothamBaby.com (henceforth “the Network”) constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and any modifications made. Limits

Responsibilities
The founders,
volunteers and others who may work on GothamBaby.com and BabyTalk
parents' network have no personal knowledge of those who
sign up or who message the group. We
cannot guarantee the accuracy, security or quality
of Content posted by members on or transmitted through the Network.
Without
limitation, we
are not responsible for the Content posted by users on the Network and
your use
of the Network and the services provided is at your own risk. Under
no
circumstances
will
we
be
liable
for
any
loss, harm, error or omission that may result from the use of the
Network or
the services we provide or for any service failure or interruption,
regardless
of the cause.
Our
Network
is
intended
to
provide
general
information
about
parenting and to provide parents with an online
community for
the sharing of general advice and ideas. The Network is not engaged in
the
provision of medical or diagnostic information. Content posted on the
Network
should be considered as opinion only and should not be taken as a
substitute
for qualified medical or other professional advice from a qualified
service
provider. Always seek the direct advice of your physician or another

regarding your

responsible
for
all
Content
that
you

of
License When
you

Network you grant GothamBaby.com, their affiliates and partners a
nonexclusive,
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sub licensable, royalty-free license
to use,
store, display, publish, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce,
aggregate
your Content with other Content, create derivative works of and
publicly
perform that Content for any purpose on and through each of the
services
provided by the Network or on other sites owned by GothamBaby.com or
its
affiliates or partners. This license shall apply to the distribution
and the
storage of your Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or
later
developed. In the event of a sale of or consolidation of the Network
with
another business, we may transfer some or all of your Content, and
assign this
license, in order that the service being provided to you may continue
or for
other business purposes.

protected by our copyrights or trademarks and the copyrights or

Content, in whole or in part, outside of the specific usage rights
granted to
you by GothamBaby.com as part of the services we provide. You

the
Network

manner that
interferes with our normal operations or with the use and enjoyment of

user. You may only access the Network and the Content through the
interfaces
provided by the Network. You agree to use the Network and the services
only for
their intended lawful purpose and in accordance with applicable laws.

as other services, that are mentioned by Network members and/or

does not constitute an endorsement by GothamBaby.com of the materials
on those
third party sites and does not signify any association with the owners
or
operators of those third party sites and services. Your use of such

sites and services is subject to the terms and conditions set by the
third
party site or service in question. We have no control over these third
parties
and we are not responsible for their activities. We
do

sell,
resell,
or
license
any
of the
products or the services that we review, list, or advertise on the
Network, and
we disclaim any responsibility for or liability related to them. Your
correspondence or related activities with third parties, including
